PETE Davidson has finally sold his Staten Island condo at a massive loss, just days after his split from baby mama Elsie Hewitt. <\/p>\n

Pete<\/a>\u2018s luxury condo on the Staten Island waterfront<\/a> lingered on the market for nearly four years and underwent several significant price cuts before finding the right buyer.<\/p>\n

The U.S. Sun exclusively reported earlier this week that Pete & Elsie Hewitt\u2019s short lived relationship is over, just 5 months after the birth of their daughter, Scottie Rose Credit: Instagram\/elsie<\/p>\n

The King of Staten Island star, 32, purchased the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath property with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline for $1.2 million in December 2020.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Pete \u2013 who just split from baby mama Elsie Hewitt<\/a> this month \u2013 first tried to offload the home back in 2022 for $1.3 million, and dropped the price to $1.1 million<\/a> a year later.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Saturday Night Live<\/a> alum continued to lower his asking price bit by bit, but then in February of this year, two months after the birth of his daughter, Scottie Rose<\/a>, Pete dropped the price way down to $850,000.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The home went into contract with a prospective buyer back in March and only finally sold this week at yet another loss.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, May 13, after 41 months on the market, Pete finally sold the condo for nearly a half million dollar loss, not factoring in the extensive renovations insiders said he made. <\/p>\n

Sources told The U.S. Sun earlier this week he sought to sell the property and his upstate New York home aggressively, as Pete and Elsie<\/a> ended their relationship and hashed out their financial arrangement.<\/p>\n

One insider had said \u201cPete is selling his properties to open up funds as they move forward and figure out their next steps,\u201d the insider explained, referring to the comedian\u2019s possible child support payments to his ex.<\/p>\n

Elsie now appears to be living in the couple\u2019s Brooklyn apartment with 5-month-old Scottie Rose as Pete continues to travel around the country for work commitments. <\/p>\n

A separate source confirmed the breakup happened just recently and emphasized that the former couple is now entirely focused on their daughter.<\/p>\n
