UPPER WEST SIDE, Manhattan (WABC) — Two people were killed after multiple pedestrians were struck by an out-of-control driver on Manhattan’s Upper West Side on Friday.<\/p>\n

It happened at 996 Amsterdam Ave. between West 109th Street and Cathedral Avenue around 6 p.m.<\/p>\n

Police say an elderly man lost control of his vehicle and struck multiple pedestrians on the sidewalk.<\/p>\n

They say two people were killed.<\/p>\n

No arrests have been made so far.<\/p>\n

The investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n
