Six-year-old twins who were critically injured when a fire tore through a Bronx apartment building<\/a> and killed their 1-year-old brother last week have since died, according to the devastated parents forced to bury all their children.<\/p>\n

Father Kwesi Harris confirmed to The Post from a funeral home on Monday that his 6-year-old children, Isis and Oseases Parks-Harris, died from injuries they suffered in a blaze that erupted at their building on Bainbridge Avenue last Monday.<\/p>\n

His 1-year-old son, Liam Parks-Harris was pronounced dead in the hospital shortly after the flames broke out on the second floor of the building. Witnesses recalled seeing the soot-covered baby being rushed out of the building by firefighters.<\/p>\n

Harris, 50, said his last memories were of kissing his son and saying goodbye to his family before leaving for work on the fateful day.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy wife already cooked at 12:35. I collect my food at 1 o\u2019clock, then I kissed my son and said I\u2019m going to work,\u201d Harris recalled over the phone.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt 3 something, she called in and tell me the building on fire. The first thing that comes to my head \u2026 where\u2019s my f\u2014king children? I drove right away from Brooklyn,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

The heartbroken father said his wife had to be held back from running into the fire to collect her children.<\/p>\n

\u201c[My wife] had wanted to run in the fire. My friend\u2026 told me yesterday\u2026.\u2019If I did not hold back your wife, she did not care about fire. She wanted to go in the fire and collect her children,’\u201d Harris said.<\/p>\n

\u201cI say, my brother, thank God that you hold her back. I would be burying my f\u2013king children and my wife right now today.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cShe was holding Liam at the hospital, the day of the fire, when I got there,\u201d Harris said. \u201cThat\u2019s a good mother.\u201d<\/p>\n

Harris said his best memories were exercising with his two sons and daughter and doing homework with them on the weekends.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy best memory with them is when I\u2019m exercising, they want to exercise with me. I was in the army for 10 years in my country, so this is what I do,\u201d he recalled.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I\u2019m home Saturday and Sunday, those are the two days I spend with my children. I don\u2019t go nowhere. I spend time with them, I do the homework with them. I ask them, \u2018How was the week for them? How was their friend? Is anybody bullying them?’\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis morning, I woke up in tears. The first thing that came to my head \u2013 where\u2019s my Liam, where\u2019s my Oseaes? Even Isis sometimes wants to come and join the exercise,\u201d Harris said. The fire at the Bronx building rapidly spread from the second floor to the staircase at the top of the building \u2014 sending residents fleeing to windows and searching for a way out, FDNY assistant chief of special operations Malcolm Moore\u00a0said at the scene.<\/p>\n

Two other civilians were hospitalized along with three firefighters, who suffered minor injuries, officials said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Harris claimed that large rats in the building walls have bitten electrical wires, and that several e-bikes, known to cause fires<\/a>, are typically stationed at a restaurant downstairs.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese people need to investigate the fire,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
