This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Ditmas Park, Beverley Square West, East Flatbush, and Prospect Park South. How did they fare?<\/p>\n

First up, with a deep wraparound porch, a trio of dormers, and a shingled exterior, this early 20th century single-family in Ditmas Park exudes a welcoming presence. This former House of the Day<\/a> sold in April for $2.047 million, which was $153,000 under the asking price.<\/p>\n

A single-family standalone house in Beverley Square West has wood floors, stained glass, and plenty of bedroom space. This former Open House Pick<\/a> sold in April for $2.25 million, which was $350,000 under the asking price.<\/p>\n

This early 20th century semi-detached house in East Flatbush is a single-family with a sunroom, fireplace, and garage. This former Open House Pick<\/a> sold in March for $850,000, which was $1,000 over the asking price.<\/p>\n

Finally, this top-floor Prospect Park South apartment offers some treetop views, a practical layout, and room for a new owner to make updates. This former Co-op of the Day<\/a> sold in February for $630,000, which was $55,000 over the asking price.<\/p>\n
