The pizzeria will serve New York- and Roman-style pies and slices.\u00a0&#8220;It\u2019s a different process of making the dough,&#8221; chef and manager Angelo Amato said of the latter. &#8220;We want to be as authentic as we can.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Other lunch and dinner items on the menu\u00a0include sandwiches served on schiacciata (Italian flatbread) and Italian American dishes, Amato said.\u00a0Early visitors can order breakfast staples such as build-your-own pancakes and waffle stacks, and coffee from Stony Brook- and Farmingdale-based specialty roaster\u00a0Georgio\u2019s Coffee.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Inside, a wooden pizza peel chandelier hangs at the entrance. A Nintendo\u00a0Super Mario mural covers a wall next to a\u00a0life-size\u00a0Vespa, and\u00a0a small Ferrari model hangs on another wall. The restaurant will also have its own mascot,\u00a0Mr. Cheesy, who\u2019ll be making weekend appearances.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Everything is about the kids,&#8221; Asta said. &#8220;They like to see things that you interact with, colorful stuff.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Say Cheese Pizza Cafe, 89 Ruland Rd., Melville, <a class=\"nd-link\" href=\"http:\/\/saycheesepizzacafe.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">saycheesepizzacafe.com<\/a>,\u00a0631-270-4492. Open for breakfast 7 to 11 a.m.\u00a0Monday to Friday (possibly on Sundays if there is enough demand).
