A 22-year-old man was riding a Citi Bike when the duo \u2014 also on a Citi Bike \u2014 approached him. One of the men pulled out a knife and threatened the victim, demanding he hand over his bike.<\/p>\n<p>Video released by the NYPD shows the suspects riding away on both bikes.
