Roger Elliot Moore \u2014 an Instagram content creator known online as \u201cMetronade\u201d \u2014 died on May 11, People<\/a> reported. He was 23.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for New York City\u2019s Office of the Chief Medical Examiner confirmed to the magazine that Moore died from \u201cblunt force trauma.\u201d His death was ruled an accident, officials said.<\/p>\n

Moore\u2019s Instagram account<\/a> shared the news of his death in a post<\/a> on May 15. The post stated that the influencer \u201cpassed away (May 11) after a tragic accident.\u201d<\/p>\n

Moore graduated from Syracuse University in 2024 with a degree in film from the College of Visual and Performing Arts, according to The Daily Orange<\/a>, the school\u2019s newspaper. <\/p>\n

According to the newspaper, Moore had approximately 1.2 million followers on TikTok<\/a>, 600,000 on Instagram<\/a> and 180,000 on YouTube<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Moore is credited with being \u201ca blueprint for the modern-day creator\u201d and a \u201cdriving force\u201d for the founding of Syracuse\u2019s Center for the Creator Economy<\/a>, according to a post on the center\u2019s Instagram account<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Moore was also known for sharing comedic skit-based videos in New York City, People<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n
