(WIBW) &#8211; A man was arrested Thursday night in Manhattan on a warrant charging him with drug possession and other offenses, officials said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The arrested man was identified as Benigno David Aquino Jr, 42, of Salina.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Officials said Aquijno was arrested around 9:37 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of S.
