The glass-wrapped envelope inside the 167-year-old brick exterior just hit 90% occupancy thanks to signings by new tenants and expansions by existing ones.<\/p>\n<p><img style=\"aspect-ratio:1.50146628;display:block\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"39482025\" width=\"886\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/128714331.jpg\" alt=\"Domino Sugar Refinery building with a tall brick chimney and &quot;Domino Sugar&quot; sign on top.\" class=\"wp-image-39482025\"  \/>The Refinery at Domino just hit 90% occupancy.<\/p>\n<p>The building we once called the \u201cworld\u2019s weirdest workplace\u201d is the commercial centerpiece of Domino Park, Two Trees\u2019 six-acre complex on the Williamsburg waterfront.<\/p>\n<p>The $150 transformation project opened in 2023 and quickly drew tech, media and AI companies.<\/p>\n<p>The latest deals include a 10,380 square-foot lease on the 14th floor for Bandana, a Brooklyn-based job search platform.
