Long before the public knew of the project, Sexton says, Trump\u2019s cabinet was already exchanging intelligence, reviewing threat briefings, and coordinating with top AI experts. He describes a network of top officials including Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and investor David Sacks – all unified by a single objective: restoring U.S. control of Artificial Superintelligence.<\/p>\n
