A 19-year-old woman was listed as the victim, while a known 61-year-old man was identified as the suspect.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"683\">Robert Paul Veach, 61, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 2:14 p.m. on charges of aggravated assault and criminal threat. Veach was issued a total bond of $10,000.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"685\" data-end=\"805\">After bonding out of jail, officers later filed a report at approximately 9:30 p.m. for violation of a protection order.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"1017\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Veach was arrested again at approximately 9:41 p.m. on a charge of violation of a protection order.
