More here<\/a>. <\/p>\n Wednesday, May 27 at 11 a.m.: The NYC Council\u2019s Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises will hold public hearings on proposals for Dewitt Clinton Park North (801 Eleventh Avenue)<\/a>, Dewitt Clinton Park North (629 West 54th Street)<\/a>, and Monitor Point<\/a> (1,150 apartments planned along the waterfront in Greenpoint, Brooklyn). More here<\/a>.<\/p>\n Wednesday, May 27 at 6 p.m.: Empire State Development will hold a public hearing on plans to renew the ground lease for The Chrystie, a mix-used development at 229 Chrystie St. in Manhattan, for another 15 years.
