A small business in Brooklyn Park has received a rare honor from the federal government.<\/p>\n

KSP Fulfillment, located at 8100 Oxbow Creek Dr., has been named Minnesota\u2019s Veteran-owned Small Business of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you for signing the front side of a paycheck,\u201d said Brad Zaun, regional administrator for the Small Business Administration at a May 27 press conference. \u201cThank you for the benefits that you provide to your employees. Thank you for matching their Social Security and their Medicare. Thank you for all you do for the community. And you\u2019ve got an incredible facility \u2014 I\u2019m envious.\u201d<\/p>\n

KSP Fulfillment, located at 8100 Oxbow Creek Dr., has been named Minnesota\u2019s Veteran-owned Small Business of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration.<\/p>\n

KSP Fulfillment works with e-commerce brands, retailers and manufacturers to warehouse and deliver goods.<\/p>\n

Officials say the company\u2019s advanced technology helps them succeed in a crowded market.<\/p>\n

\u201cI do want to point out that this is not a small facility,\u201d Brooklyn Park Mayor Hollies Winston said. \u201cThis is a 221,000 square-foot facility. It\u2019s AI-driven, which I think everybody\u2019s talking about AI. And it demonstrates the kind of forward-thinking investment that is happening within our city of Brooklyn Park.\u201d<\/p>\n

KSP Fulfillment is owned by Marine veterans John Gamache and Rob Walters.<\/p>\n
