(WIBW) &#8211; A vehicle drove through wet cement in Manhattan, causing thousands of dollars in damage, Riley County police officials said Thursday morning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The incident was reported around 4:02 p.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of E.
