WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, Manhattan (WABC) — Police are investigating after three people were shot, and one person was slashed in Washington Heights on Thursday.<\/p>\n
Officers responded to West 162nd Street and Fort Washington Avenue just before 8 p.m. for reports of a shooting.<\/p>\n
When officers arrived, they found four injured victims, including a male, of unknown age, who suffered a gunshot wound to the foot, a 20-year-old man who was shot in the leg, an 18-year-old woman who was shot in the leg and an 18-year-old man who was slashed in the neck.<\/p>\n
The male of unknown age was taken to NewYork-Presbyterian \/ Columbia University Irving Medical Center by EMS and is expected to recover. The 20-year-old man was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals\/Lincoln by EMS and is expected to recover.<\/p>\n
Both 18-year-old victims were taken to NewYork-Presbyterian \/ Columbia University Irving Medical Center by private means, and are also expected to recover.<\/p>\n
The incident stemmed from a dispute on the street, according to police.<\/p>\n
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n
