The homeowners at Port Liberte have been at odds with Pulte Homes New Jersey, the developer of Liberty Watch \u2014 the final project planned for this gated community \u2014 for more than a year. If Tuesday\u2019s Planning Board meeting is anything to go by, the two sides are unlikely to soon find compromises to the many issues that divide them, chiefly property maintenance, flood mitigation, and traffic \u2014 issues that prevented the board from taking a vote on Liberty Watch.\u00a0<\/p>\n
