{"id":248831,"date":"2026-05-30T15:41:38","date_gmt":"2026-05-30T15:41:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/248831\/"},"modified":"2026-05-30T15:41:38","modified_gmt":"2026-05-30T15:41:38","slug":"man-dies-following-double-stabbing-in-brooklyn-apartment-building","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/248831\/","title":{"rendered":"Man dies following double stabbing in Brooklyn apartment building"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One man was killed and another was hospitalized with serious injuries following a double stabbing inside a Brooklyn apartment building, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/2026\/04\/01\/homicides-down-30-percent-nyc-first-3-months-2026-shootings-down\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">police<\/a> said Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>The two victims were inside the Ave. D building near E. 31st St. in Flatbush at about 11:10 p.m. Friday when the bloody attack took place.<\/p>\n<p>One victim, 66, was stabbed in the neck, and an unidentified man was stabbed in the left leg and lower back, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Both men were rushed to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nychealthandhospitals.org\/locations\/kings-county\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kings County Hospital<\/a>, where the man stabbed in the leg died of his wounds.
