Upon arrival, it was determined that Fared Fahd Ahmed Alsumairi, 25, was allegedly involved in a verbal argument with a 66-year-old male victim. The argument escalated and the Alsumairi allegedly struck the victim in the face with a closed fist, knocking him to the ground and then allegedly struck him with his vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>The defendant was located and placed under arrest without further incident. The victim was transported to a local area hospital for evaluation and treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Police charged Alsumairi with Assault in the Second Degree, Assault in the Third Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree.
