The NYPD is asking for the public\u2019s help identifying and locating eight people seen in the attached screenshots who they say are wanted in connection with a gang assault and attempted robbery that occurred in the Bedford Park section of The Bronx.<\/p>\n

Police said that on Tuesday, May 5, at around 9.30 p.m. in front of 2917 Grand Concourse, an 18-year-old male was approached from behind by eight unidentified people.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe individuals pushed the victim to the ground, [and] punched and kicked him about the body,\u201d a police spokesperson said.<\/p>\n

\u201c[They also] attempted to remove property from his pants pockets,\u201d the spokesperson added.<\/p>\n

EMS responded and transported the victim to a local area hospital in stable condition,\u201d the spokesperson concluded.<\/p>\n
