He was taken to Jacobi Hospital, where he remains in stable condition. <\/p>\n<p>Citizen video showed a person surrounded by police. It\u2019s unclear if it was the victim or an eyewitness. <\/p>\n<p>A source told News 12, the incident happened after a verbal dispute between the victim and the shooter.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation continues with police searching for the gunman who fled the scene in a white BMW.
