With an average unit scope of 636 square feet, the eight apartments will most likely be rentals.\n<\/p>\n<p>Other planned features for the property include a cellar and a rear yard 34 feet in length. There are bus stops in the area for the Q12, Q15, Q16 and Q28 lines.\n<\/p>\n<p>Building applications for 33-28 148th St. were submitted by Wendy Tseng of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tbdtny.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">True Buddha Diamond Temple<\/a>, which occupies the space next door.
