Upon their arrival, officers found the victim with a gunshot wound to the chest.<\/p>\n<p>The victim was reportedly shot following a dispute. He was taken to Coney Island Hospital by paramedics in stable condition.\n<\/p>\n<p>No arrests have been made at this time.
