{"id":251788,"date":"2026-06-02T03:03:09","date_gmt":"2026-06-02T03:03:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/251788\/"},"modified":"2026-06-02T03:03:09","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T03:03:09","slug":"man-19-shot-in-stomach-outside-brooklyn-sneaker-store","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/251788\/","title":{"rendered":"Man, 19, shot in stomach outside Brooklyn sneaker store"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A 19-year-old man was shot in the stomach outside a Brooklyn sneaker store on Monday, according to cops and witnesses.<\/p>\n<p>The victim was found suffering a bullet wound to the gut outside a McDonald\u2019s on Coney Island Ave. near Ave. U in Sheepshead Bay around 2:33 p.m., according to law enforcement.<\/p>\n<p>Witnesses said the victim was struck when a gunman opened fire outside Chamber 13, a sneaker shop located on Avenue U just over a block away from the fast food restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere were two shots. There was a kid, a teenager, hit in the stomach over by the sneaker store,\u201d said the witness, who asked to remain anonymous. \u201cHe was bleeding.
