How did they fare?<\/p>\n<p>First up, in Park Slope this brownstone still has some period details like marble mantels and wood floors. This former <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brownstoner.com\/real-estate-market\/brooklyn-open-houses-park-slope-bay-ridge-12052025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Open House Pick<\/a> entered contract in May.<\/p>\n<p>The right buyer might see the potential in this Midwood dwelling that was built as a two-family in the early 20th century and still has a bit of interior detail left. The price of this former <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brownstoner.com\/real-estate-market\/midwood-968-east-10th-street-two-family\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">House of the Day<\/a> was reduced to $2.89 million, then it was taken off the market in February.<\/p>\n<p>This Bay Ridge row house is set up with a duplex and a top floor rental unit. This former <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brownstoner.com\/real-estate-market\/brooklyn-open-houses-park-slope-bay-ridge-12052025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Open House Pick<\/a> sold in February for $1.65 million, which was $25,000 over the asking price.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, in addition to high ceilings and big windows, a grand studio loft in a former Cobble Hill bank building boasts room for books, a colorful kitchen, and elegant tile.
