The Lost Boys<\/a>‘ Shoshana Bean<\/a> joined the walls of legendary theatre district eatery Sardi’s May 28 with a portrait of the 2026 Tony nominee. The unveiling ceremony was attended by Bean’s\u00a0Lost Boys co-stars, along with lots of other Broadway favorites.<\/p>\n

Bean’s 2026 Tony nomination is one of\u00a0The Lost Boys’ 12 total nominations, tying it with\u00a0Schmigadoon!<\/a> to make them the most nominated new shows of the season. The show is up for the night’s most coveted title, Best Musical. The production opened at the Palace Theatre April 27.<\/p>\n

With Michael Arden at the helm, The Lost Boys features a book by David Hornsby<\/a> and Chris Hoch<\/a> and music by the band The Rescues<\/a>, and\u00a0uses vampirism to explore the physical transformation, sexual awakening, and identity experimentation of a teenager’s coming of age. When the brotherly duo of Michael and Sam move to the fictional town of Santa Carla, California, with their single mother, they inadvertently end up in the crosshairs of a group of teenage rebel vampires and adolescent vampire hunters. The supernatural horror-comedy film has developed a dedicated fan base in the years since its release, which helped to launch the careers of Kiefer Sutherland<\/a>, Jason Patric<\/a>, Corey Feldman, Corey Haim, and more.
