Aaron Judge is dealing with a bone bruise near his right shoulder and was out of the lineup Tuesday \u2014 and potentially longer.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Aaron Boone said Tuesday that Judge had been dealing with shoulder soreness for \u201cthe last couple of weeks.\u201d<\/p>\n

The manager added that while the injury was \u201cnagging\u201d Judge, it worsened over the weekend in Sacramento.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cIt became more than that and I noticed it on a couple swings,\u201d Boone said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Judge received imaging Monday and was scheduled to meet with a doctor Tuesday to determine the extent of the injury.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Boone said Judge could be dealing with a day to day injury \u201cor it could be longer.\u201d<\/p>\n

There was no specific play that\u2019s been tied to the injury, but it helps explain Judge\u2019s recent issues<\/a> at the plate.\u00a0<\/p>\n

While Judge still has some of the best numbers in the game, he mostly struggled in May.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Now, his June is off to a worrisome start.<\/p>\n
