Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez says a Bronx man was indicted Wednesday for a hate crime where he allegedly attacked a 24-year-old man and threatened him with a knife at a subway station in Williamsburg.<\/p>\n
Yeshayahuw Carraway, 41, is accused of zeroing in on a gay man aboard a northbound L train at around 5 a.m. on Jan. 18 and stating, “What are you looking at f—ing f—-t? You’re a sissy.”<\/p>\n
Prosecutors say Carraway followed the man off the train at the Lorimer Street station and upstairs to the mezzanine, where he held the 24-year-old at knifepoint and punched him repeatedly.<\/p>\n
Police released photos of Carraway<\/a> less than a week after the attack.
