COURTHOUSE,
\n Oct 31 \u2013 A man who was
\n arrested for having a gun and
\n throwing it over a fence on
\n White Plains Road in The Bronx
\n while being chased by police
\n tried to dismiss the
\n indictment citing the Supreme
\n Court’s decision in
\n Bruen.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

\u00a0 Once that
\n Second Amendment motion was
\n denied, defendant White pled
\n guilty on March 7 before U.S.
\n District Court for the
\n Southern District of New York
\n Judge Dale E. Ho. Inner City
\n Press is covering the case. <\/p>\n

On August 21 the
\n Federal Defender wrote in
\n requesting three months.<\/p>\n

\u00a0White was
\n sentenced to 18 months – and,
\n on October 31, the US
\n Attorney’s Office wrote in
\n that he had been given the
\n requested cystic fibrosis
\n testing kit, and test, in the
\n MDC.<\/p>\n

\n is USA v. White, 24-cr-300
\n (Ho)<\/p>\n
