Free reservations are open for Centre 360, a new panoramic overlook at the top of the David N. Dinkins Municipal Building in Lower Manhattan. The first public viewing will coincide with the first FIFA World Cup match on June 11.<\/p>\n
Stay connected with community stories that matter: Visit our homepage <\/a><\/p>\n The new experience will allow intimate groups of 5 to walk the full circle of the cupola balcony, offering unique views of New York City\u2019s landmark buildings, bridges and all five boroughs, from 500 feet above street level.<\/p>\n Named for the city\u2019s first Black mayor, the David N.
