Photo: Catie Savage<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more than two decades, Astro\u2019s Dog Run has occupied one of those odd little Hell\u2019s Kitchen spaces that only this neighborhood could turn into a community asset: a fenced-in gravel run tucked beside the Port Authority Bus Terminal ramps on 10th Avenue, near W39th Street, with buses, concrete barriers and Midtown towers all around.<\/p>\n<p>Success!
