He was taken into custody on June 6.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">The shooting happened on May 29, around 3:50 p.m. near Cruger and Burke avenues. Police say Allen approached the teen and got into a verbal dispute with him before pulling out a firearm and opening fire.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">The teen was struck in the left leg and suffered a graze wound to the right leg.
