The Municipal Art Society is offering three tours this month, each focusing on a different neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mas.org\/events\/modern-bklyhts-6-11-26\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Modern Times in North Brooklyn Heights<\/a><br \/>Thursday, June 11<br \/>6-8 p.m.<br \/>While Brooklyn Heights conjures visions of wood frames and row houses, there is modern architecture to be found. Join historian Matt Postal for an evening tour past buildings constructed before and after the 1965 designation of the historic district. Tickets are $35 and $25 for MAS members and tickets can be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mas.org\/events\/modern-bklyhts-6-11-26\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">purchased online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mas.org\/events\/crown-hts-north-6-27-26\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Defining Crown Heights North<\/a><br \/>Saturday, June 27<br \/>2-4 p.m.<br \/>Brownstoner columnist Suzanne Spellen continues her focus on individual streets within the Crown Heights North neighborhood with this afternoon tour. Participants will walk by buildings designed by notable 19th century Brooklyn architects as well as get a dash of the modern with a look at a 1960s project.
