Manhattan, NY Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. has secured a long-term lease with Wink Pediatric Eye Care at 424 West End Ave. in the Upper West Side neighborhood.<\/p>\n
Situated within a street level office at Manhattan Skyline\u2019s 22-story, 230-unit luxury rental apartment building, West River House, Wink Pediatric Eye Care will operate from a 1,000 s\/f space on West End Ave. Led by Dr. Stephanie Aguilar, the practice anticipates opening by the end of the summer.<\/p>\n

Dr. Aguilar is a board-certified optometrist specializing in pediatric optometry and vision therapy. She earned her pediatric residency and advanced clinical training from the SUNY College of Optometry in 2024, following nearly a decade of experience as an associate in private practice. Wink Pediatric Eye Care focuses on addressing and correcting visual impairments early on and helping children achieve their fullest potential through better visual health.<\/p>\n

The practice sits adjacent to Inspire Orthodontics, which opened in the fall of 2024 and is led by Dr. Reem Abdulrahman.<\/p>\n
Roth represented Manhattan Skyline in the long-term lease transaction. Wink Pediatric Eye Care was represented by Evan Gasman of CARR, INC. The space was formerly occupied by Metropolitan Reproductive Medicine.<\/p>\n
West River House offers spacious, generously sized rentals ranging in size from one to three bedrooms.
