This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Beverly Square East, Marine Park, Bay Ridge, and Greenpoint. How did they fare?<\/p>\n

First up, this single-family in Beverly Square East has mantels, wainscoting, and stained glass. This former Open House Pick<\/a> sold in April for the asking price of $3.25 million.<\/p>\n

In Marine Park, this three-family detached house sits on the corner of Avenue R and Kimball Street and has a garage. This former Open House Pick<\/a> had a drop in price and a change in brokers<\/a> before entering contract in April.<\/p>\n

In Bay Ridge, this detached house is set up as a two-family with a one-bedroom apartment on the main level and a duplex above. This former Open House Pick<\/a> entered contract in April.<\/p>\n

Finally, in a circa 1870s Greenpoint tenement building turned co-op not far from McGolrick Park, this top-floor unit has period charm, modern updates, and low maintenance. This former Co-op of the Day<\/a> sold in May for $785,000, which was $5,000 over the asking price.<\/p>\n
