Harlem residents will also be weighing in on the State Comptroller, as well as choosing leaders for the State Assembly.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s a breakdown of what Harlem voters should know heading into Election Day.<\/p>\n<p> Can I still register to vote? <\/p>\n<p>Yes, but do it soon \u2014 the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ny.gov\/services\/register-vote\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">voter registration<\/a> deadline is coming up on June 13. <\/p>\n<p>What about getting a mail-in ballot? <\/p>\n<p>If you are registered and want to apply for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nycvotes.org\/how-to-vote\/vote-by-mail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">mail-in ballot<\/a>, your application must be received by the Board of Elections no later than June 13 as well.<\/p>\n<p>Applications for a mail-in ballot are online, but you also have until June 22 to go to 200 Varick Street, 10 Fl, New York, NY 10014, to request a mail-in ballot in person.<\/p>\n<p>Mail-in ballots must be postmarked by June 23.<\/p>\n<p> When is early voting? <\/p>\n<p>Early voting will take place from June 13 through June 21. <a href=\"https:\/\/findmypollsite.vote.nyc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Here&#8217;s where to vote early<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>When Is Election Day? <\/p>\n<p>Primary Election Day is Tuesday, June 23, with polling places open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Find your poll site <a href=\"https:\/\/findmypollsite.vote.nyc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p> Who&#8217;s on the ballot in Harlem? <\/p>\n<p>Along with the Congressional contest, you will also see the race for the state&#8217;s Comptroller, and one of the races for the State Assembly.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the candidates for races on the ballot in Harlem.
