\n\tPresident Donald Trump<\/a> received a chorus of boos<\/a> during his attendance at game three of the NBA Finals as the New York Knicks<\/a> took on the San Antonio Spurs at Madison Square Garden.<\/p>\n

\n\tTonight, he also received a dunking from late-night hosts including The Daily Show<\/a>\u2019s Desi Lydic<\/a> and Jimmy Kimmel<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tLydic joked that fans gave \u201cPresident Donald Jump Shot Trump\u201d a \u201cvery New York welcome\u201d.<\/p>\n

\n\tAfter jokes about the state of officiating during the game, the comic joked, \u201cDo you know what it means to have every single person in New York booing you? Even a guy taking a shit on the subway will have one New Yorker cheering him on.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tMany people suggested that Trump\u2019s attendance was, in part, responsible for the Knicks losing their first game in 46 days, even if the team said that the \u201ccircus\u201d was not a distraction.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWhether you like that Trump was there or not, he is a lifelong Knicks fan, so he wasn\u2019t going to let some haters stop him from enjoying every second of the game,\u201d she said before throwing to a clip of POTUS appearing to fall asleep.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cSir, you can\u2019t sleep through the game. You\u2019re the President, not game three referee Mark Davis,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Daily Show host was joined by fellow late-night host Jimmy Kimmel, who also clearly enjoyed the reaction to Trump\u2019s appearance.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cLast night, he made history, became the first sitting President to shut down a major United States city so he could take a nap in front of a sold-out crowd at the NBA Finals. This was a bad idea to start with and went about as badly as it could possibly go,\u201d opened Kimmel.<\/p>\n

\n\tAfter pointing out how much Trump inconvenienced fans, who had to wait hours in line to get in, while others had watch parties canceled, Kimmel added, \u201cThe question on everyone\u2019s mind was \u2018Would the President get booed in the Garden\u2019. The team didn\u2019t want this so they were smart, they tried something clever, they showed him on the jumbotron during the national anthem, when it\u2019s frowned upon to boo. That strategy did not work at all. They say that is the loudest the President has been booed at a sporting event since Abe Lincoln flipped the coin at the Cotton Bowl.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tKimmel reveled in the fact that Trump was caught on camera napping and accused him of jinxing the team. \u201cWho can fall asleep during the NBA finals at Madison Square Garden? Do you know how out of it you have to be? I hope Joe Biden was watching this and laughing his ass off last night,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\n\tEven Jimmy Fallon got in on the act.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Tonight Show host joked that Trump\u2019s approval rating in San Antonia was now 100%.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThe Knicks fans are blaming him for the team\u2019s loss.
