According to Scoop B Robinson<\/a>, last season, Brooklyn and the Milwaukee Bucks<\/a> had already established a trade framework that could have sent the Greek superstar to the Nets.<\/p>\n

While the deal was never finalized, discussions had reportedly advanced to a stage where a blockbuster move appeared possible.<\/p>\n

Ultimately, the trade stalled before reaching the finish line, but the revelation offers a new look at just how aggressively Brooklyn explored the possibility of landing one of the NBA’s biggest stars.<\/p>\n

Had the deal gone through, Antetokounmpo would have become the centerpiece of the Nets’ rebuild and one of the biggest acquisitions in franchise history.<\/p>\n

Despite significant progress in negotiations, internal concerns reportedly prevented Brooklyn from moving forward.<\/p>\n
