Community Center from June 22 through August 28. The program gives kids hands-on experience creating films, podcasts, games, music, YouTube-style content, and digital media projects in a collaborative environment designed around creativity, technology, communication, and entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n<p>Programs are designed for children ages 5\u201313 and aim to help students develop creative, technical, and collaborative skills through hands-on project-based learning. \u201cWe\u2019re excited to bring something this creative and current directly into the Howard Beach community,\u201d said Frances Scarantino, Founder &amp; President of The S.T.A.R.S.
