Citizen app video showed smoke billowing from multiple manholes in the area.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Around 50 Con Edison customers were without power as of 8:30 p.m. Thursday, according to its outage map.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">The company says its crews are working to make repairs.
