Colin Jost and Pete Davidson have apparently thrown their decision to sell the Staten Island Ferry they purchased in 2022<\/a> into reverse.<\/p>\n

The ferry was spotted during the New York Marathon bearing a Nike logo alongside the words, \u201cNYC won\u2019t carry you. It pushes you,\u201d according to a Sunday report by TMZ<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The outlet noted that could mean that the pair are beginning to see returns on their investment, said to be more that a quarter of a million dollars. In addition to the Nike campaign, the ferry was featured in the movie \u201cScreamboat Willie\u201d and was the site of a Tommy Hilfiger runway show.<\/p>\n

Jost poked fun at their attempts<\/a> to offload the ferry during a May skit on \u201cSaturday Night Live.\u201d<\/p>\n

The sketch, called \u201cFerry Altercation,\u201d starred Jost, Davidson, and Paul Italia as well as host Quinta Brunson. Mikey Day and Brunson played two angry drivers who enter into a verbal altercation while trying to park on the ferry, and Chloe Fineman played Day\u2019s daughter.<\/p>\n

Jost makes his appearance after an exasperated Day complained he typically \u201cloves the ferry.\u201d Jost then showed up at the passenger side of Day and Fineman\u2019s car. \u201cHey!\u201d he said. \u201cou said you love ferries? If you love ferries, would you like to buy one?\u201d<\/p>\n

A surprised Fineman asked, \u201cIs that Colin Jost?\u201d to which Day answered, \u201cYes, that\u2019s Colin Jost. Don\u2019t make eye contact.\u201d<\/p>\n

He then turned down Jost\u2019s offer, to which Jost begged, \u201cPlease buy it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jost and Davidson bought the decommissioned MV John F. Kennedy with Italia. NBC News<\/a>\u00a0confirmed the purchase, which was made at auction for $280,100.<\/p>\n
