The new musical\u00a0Reunions, with a\u00a0book and lyrics by Jeffrey Scharf<\/a> and music by Jimmy Calire<\/a>,\u00a0releases its original cast recording digitally\u00a0June 12 through Joy Machine Records.<\/p>\n

The production ran Off-Broadway at New York City Center<\/a> Stage II\u00a0last year November 2-December 14, 2025.\u00a0Reunions\u00a0was\u00a0directed and choreographed by Gabriel Barre<\/a>, and executive-produced by Davenport Theatrical Enterprises<\/a>. The cast recording is produced by Sonny Paladino, who is also responsible for the show’s musical arrangements.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The cast featured Bryan Fenkart<\/a> (Memphis<\/a>) as Sir Harry, Joanna Glushak<\/a> (War Paint) as Dona Laura, Chilina Kennedy<\/a> (Beautiful: The Carol King Musical) as Kate, Courtney Reed<\/a> (Aladdin<\/a>) as Lady Sims, Daniel Torres<\/a> (Evita<\/a>) as Edward\/Juanito, and Chip Zien<\/a> (Into The Woods) as Don Gonzalo. The swings included Janet Aldrich<\/a> (Me And My Girl), Keith Lee Grant<\/a> (Ragtime<\/a>; Founder of Harlem Repertory Theater), and Pearl Rhein (Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812).<\/p>\n

Reunions is a musical adaptation of two famous one-acts,\u00a0The Twelve Pound Look, by J.M. Barrie, and\u00a0A Sunny Morning<\/a>, by the Quintero Brothers. Both follow a common theme of rediscovering a life not lived, with each act of\u00a0Reunions\u00a0focusing on a different story.<\/p>\n
