For the
\nfirst time in its 185-year history, Cunard<\/a> is homeporting a ship in Miami for
\nan entire Caribbean season.<\/p>\n

The
\nrefreshed Queen Elizabeth set sail from PortMiami on Oct. 16 for her first voyage
\nof the season, which offers nine-, 12- and 21-night Eastern and Western
\nCaribbean itineraries through April 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Entertainment
\nHeadliner: Come From Away<\/p>\n

At a launch
\nevent celebrating the new season, guests were treated to a preview of the first
\nat-sea production of Come From Away, the Tony Award-winning musical. On
\nboard for the inaugural sailing was Kevin Tuerff\u2014the inspiration for the
\ncharacter \u201cKevin T.\u201d\u2014who spoke on a panel with the actor playing him in the
\nproduction, Joe Hillard.<\/p>\n

Come
\nFrom Away will be
\nperformed in Queen Elizabeth\u2019s sumptuous Royal Court Theatre twice during each
\nCaribbean voyage. Specially crafted for an at-sea production, the one-hour,
\n40-minute show features an ensemble of 12 performers.<\/p>\n

As part of
\nCunard\u2019s Artists in Residence program, guest stars will appear on select
\nsailings. For example, two-time Tony Award winner Sutton Foster will perform on
\nthe Feb. 4, 2026, departure.<\/p>\n

\nWays to Be Entertained<\/p>\n

Queen
\nElizabeth\u2019s new program of onboard entertainment also includes:<\/p>\n

The
\nAbbey Road Listening Lounge in the Commodore Club is a 60-minute experience
\nthat takes listeners on a themed journey via Bowers & Wilkins headphones. The
\nplaylists feature iconic recordings made at the famed London studio, including
\nsongs by The Beatles and Ed Sheeran, as well as some of the world\u2019s most famous
\nfilm scores. Guests can choose to pair their experience with a curated menu of
\nCunard cocktails.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A
\nroster of Insight Speakers hosting guest lectures, from Olympic medalists to
\nastronauts and actors. Notably, actor Hugh Bonneville, famed for his role as
\nLord Grantham in Downton Abbey, will join Queen Elizabeth as part of her
\n12-night round-trip Eastern Caribbean voyage that departs Miami on Nov. 27.<\/p>\n

Fresh
\nFrom a Three-Week Makeover<\/p>\n

The
\n2,000-guest Queen Elizabeth\u2014which was christened by Queen Elizabeth II herself in
\n2010\u2014pays homage to Cunard\u2019s original RMS Queen Elizabeth, with an elegant, Art
\nDeco-inspired design. The ship emerged from a three-week makeover at Seatrium\u2019s
\nAdmiralty Yard in Singapore in March. The
\nrefresh includes:\u00a0<\/p>\n

A revitalization
\nof Queen Elizabeth\u2019s signature spaces, including the Commodore Club, Queens
\nRoom, Garden Lounge and The Pavilion. The Queens Room\u2014which boasts an authentic
\nballroom dance floor and hosts Roaring \u201920s parties and masquerade gala
\nnights\u2014features new stained-glass windows and a carpet pattern inspired by the
\nlush garden shrubbery at Buckingham Palace.<\/p>\n

Revamped outdoor
\ndecks with more sunshades.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Enhanced
\ninteriors in the Grills suites\u2014the most luxurious cabin category\u2014with refreshed
\nfurnishings and detailing, as well as new furniture on the Grills Terrace.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The new Pavilion
\nWellness Caf\u00e9, a wellness-focused venue serving breakfast, lunch and daytime
\ndining, with a menu that celebrates plant-based cuisine and sustainably sourced
\nmeat, fish and dairy. Queen Elizabeth also now offers the Harper\u2019s Bazaar
\nWellness at Sea program, with three-day wellness packages tailored to
\nrelaxation, energy restoration or recovery.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Other new features include the Karibe
\ndining concept, which celebrates Caribbean coastal cuisine; The Whispering Hour, a lively happy hour experience featuring
\nWhispering Angel wines; and special celebrations on the Lido Deck offering
\nlocally inspired street food and tropical cocktails.<\/p>\n

A Ship Steeped in
\nHeritage<\/p>\n

While guests on board will
\nappreciate Queen Elizabeth\u2019s new features, fans of the line\u2019s rich history will
\ndelight in the ship\u2019s nods to tradition and legacy.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Past the portrait of Queen Elizabeth
\nII outside the Queens Room, for example, glass cases display mementos and
\nphotos from guests who sailed on Cunard in decades past. Many highlight the
\nline\u2019s ties to the British royal family.<\/p>\n

Harking back to the Golden Age of
\ntravel, the triple-height atrium features a stunning marquetry panel depicting
\nthe original RMS Queen Elizabeth. An elegant spiral staircase connects the two
\nfloors of the ship\u2019s library, outfitted in rich wood paneling and offering
\nthousands of books to borrow. At the entrance to the casino stands a grandfather
\nclock crafted by the same London-based manufacturer as Big Ben.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, guests can get a literal
\ntaste of England at the Golden Lion pub, from fish and chips to a ploughman\u2019s
\nlunch to sticky toffee pudding\u2014perhaps washed down with a signature Cunard ale.
\nAnd the Queens Room serves as an ideal setting for Afternoon Tea. It\u2019s one
\nreason more than 2,615 tea bags are used daily on board Queen Elizabeth, as the
\nship\u2019s annual tea consumption would almost fill an Olympic-sized swimming pool.<\/p>\n
