A Marriott-branded hotel will open inside the still-under-construction Imperial Tower, which recently secured $220 million in new financing. The 56-story mixed-use Imperial Tower, at the corner of John F. Kennedy Blvd. and Cottage Street \u2014 on the former Pep Boys lot \u2014 will add 34,105 square feet of retail space, plus 542 units of housing to the Journal Square community. The Marriott component will have 154 rooms.<\/p>\n
