Google Maps<\/p>\n<p>The complaint alleges the sandwich she was served on May 25, 2023 contained \u201cinjurious substances, contaminants, poisons, toxins, parasites, bacteria, germs and\/or organisms which would and did cause various serious personal injuries.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When she polished off the fast-food breakfast favorite, Hinds claims she became \u201cviolently ill and nauseated,\u201d and suffered \u201csevere pains and distress throughout her body.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img style=\"aspect-ratio:1.49926794;display:block\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"39681745\" width=\"885\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/131062990.jpg\" alt=\"A hand holding a McDonald's Egg McMuffin.\" class=\"wp-image-39681745\"  \/>The plaintiff\u2019s lawyer alleged the woman was forced to undergo \u201cseveral operations, procedures and treatments\u201d after eating the sandwich. ltyuan \u2013 stock.adobe.com<\/p>\n<p>She further claimed she was forced to undergo \u201cseveral operations, procedures and treatments\u201d after eating the sandwich she was served at the restaurant location at 1651 Broadway, and said her \u201cphysical, nervous and mental systems were seriously and permanently injured\u201d as a result.<\/p>\n<p>Hinds was allegedly so sickened by the sandwich she was rendered unable to work or perform household duties, and was forced to incur \u201cgreat expense\u201d for medical treatment and expects to continue needing treatment moving forward.<\/p>\n<p>Her lawyer, Mark Shirian, didn\u2019t respond to The Post\u2019s request for comment, or for specifics about Hinds\u2019 alleged injuries, but the suit accuses the fast-food behemoth of \u201cnegligence, carelessness and willful disregard.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Among the defendants named in the complaint are the McDonald\u2019s Corporation, the individual location where the meal was allegedly served, the franchisee and the real estate holding company that owns the location.<\/p>\n<p>A McDonald\u2019s rep did not immediately respond to a message from The Post seeking comment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"She\u2019s not lovin\u2019 it.
