Masquerade will extend for a sixth time through 2027.\u00a0The show will now play through January 31, 2027 at 218 West 57th\u00a0Street.\u00a0 Additionally, the production announced\u00a0Courtney Balan<\/a>\u00a0(Vacation Cover),\u00a0Mark Banik<\/a>\u00a0(Firmin),\u00a0Austin Colby<\/a>\u00a0(Phantom),\u00a0Derrick Davis<\/a>\u00a0(Phantom),\u00a0Nicholas Edwards<\/a>\u00a0(Phantom),\u00a0Claire Leyden<\/a>\u00a0(Christine),\u00a0Stephanie Jae Park<\/a>\u00a0(Vacation Cover),\u00a0Tanner Quirk<\/a>\u00a0(Vacation Cover),\u00a0Stephanie Reuning-Scherer\u00a0(Vacation Cover), and\u00a0Gregory Lee Rodriguez<\/a>\u00a0(Raoul) will join the company. Colby will play \u2018Phantom\u2019 through July 23.<\/p>\n

Masquerade\u00a0is based on the original musical\u00a0Andrew Lloyd Webber<\/a>\u2019s Phantom of the Opera\u00a0with music by\u00a0Andrew Lloyd Webber<\/a>, lyrics by\u00a0Charles Hart<\/a>, additional lyrics by\u00a0Richard Stilgoe<\/a>\u00a0and book by Richard Stilgoe<\/a> and Andrew Lloyd Webber<\/a>.\u00a0Masquerade\u00a0is presented by arrangement with\u00a0LW Entertainment.<\/p>\n

Performances for\u00a0Masquerade\u00a0take place evenings Tuesday \u2013 Sunday with matinee performances on Saturdays and Sundays. Tickets are on sale now at\u00a0www.masqueradenyc.com. From the revels of the masked ball, into dressing rooms a breath away from the cast, and even down through mirrors into the deepest corners of the Phantom\u2019s lair,\u00a0Masquerade\u00a0invites you to experience the iconic story and score, even stranger (and more phantastically) than you\u2019ve dreamt it.<\/p>\n

Last month,\u00a0Masquerade \u2013 The Orchestral Score\u00a0was released and is available in-venue only. The vinyl contains brand new compositions from Lloyd Webber.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Masquerade \u2013 The Orchestral Score\u00a0is a newly recorded work that invites listeners deep into the world of mystery, romance, and spectacle that is\u00a0Masquerade. The orchestral collection is rich with sweeping strings, recognizable haunting motifs, and the unmistakable melodic grandeur that defines Lloyd Webber\u2019s music. The recording \u2013 produced by Andrew Lloyd Webber<\/a> and\u00a0Lee McCutcheon<\/a>\u00a0– is pressed on clear Vinyl and released via The Other Songs Records. Included in the album is the Academy Award nominated song \u201cLearn to be Lonely\u201d composed and performed live by Andrew Lloyd Webber<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n
