In order to check an individual&#8217;s registration, residents can go to the New York City\u2019s Board of Elections registered voter search page and fill out their name, date of birth, borough, and zip code. In order to check, voters can access the page here: <a href=\"https:\/\/amiregistered.vote.nyc\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/amiregistered.vote.nyc\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_blockParagraph__I2kr4\">According to the New York State Board of Elections November data, there are at least 5.1 million people registered to vote in New York City. In recent mayoral elections, around 1 million votes were cast. This election is expected to surpass that as by the end of the ninth day of early voting, November 2, the city Board of Elections tallied 735,317 votes have been cast. <\/p>\n<p>How to Vote in NYC&#8217;s November 2025 Election<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_blockParagraph__I2kr4\">If an individual is registered to vote in the New York City elections, then they can vote on Tuesday at their specified polling site. In order to do so, voters should go to <a href=\"https:\/\/vote.nyc\/page\/find-your-poll-site\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/vote.nyc\/page\/find-your-poll-site<\/a> and fill in their address information. It will then inform them of their specific voting location, as well as the polling site\u2019s entrance and hours.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_blockParagraph__I2kr4\">The website will also provide a sample ballot so voters can see how candidates\u2019 names will appear and review the propositions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_blockParagraph__I2kr4\">The Board of Elections also has a wait time map tracker, which allows voters to see what the expected wait time is at their local poll. People can access it here: <a href=\"https:\/\/vote.nyc\/page\/election-day-wait-time-map\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/vote.nyc\/page\/election-day-wait-time-map<\/a><\/p>\n<p>When Do Polls Open on Election Day?<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_blockParagraph__I2kr4\">Polls in New York City open at 6 a.m. ET on Tuesday, and they will remain open until 9 p.m. ET. If voters are in line by 9 p.m. ET they can stay to cast their ballot.<\/p>\n<p>What Else is on the NYC November 4 Ballot?<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_blockParagraph__I2kr4\">In addition to voting for mayor, New Yorkers will have other names and measures on their ballot. Depending on voter&#8217;s precinct and borough, their ballot may include other contests such as city comptroller, public advocate, borough president, City Council, County Supreme Court justices, county district attorney, as well as ballot proposals.
