Label\u2022less is a new musical experience that gets real about the challenges we all face in today\u2019s world. Created by Drew Lachey<\/a> (98 Degrees & \u201cDancing With the Stars\u201d) and choreographer Lea Lachey<\/a>, Label\u2022less features a cast of young adults sharing real-life experiences and taking audiences on an emotional journey. With an original score spanning rock, pop, and R&B, plus hit songs like \u201cBorn This Way\u201d and \u201cRise Up\u201d.<\/p>\n

The cast of Label\u2022less includes Lauren Maria Abraham<\/a>, Kaylee Bays<\/a>, Justin Daxt Bobbs<\/a>, Nasir Butler<\/a>, Antonio Davis<\/a> Jr., Micah Day<\/a>, Abby Docherty<\/a>, Aaron Gillis Jr., Cayla Nichole Harris<\/a>, Diana Hutchinson<\/a>, Iz Lachey<\/a>, Kendall Maley<\/a>, Paola Marc\u00edas, Bianca Mio<\/a>, Nate Promkul<\/a>, Ethan Eisaiah Rualo<\/a>, Colton Smith<\/a>, and Kiwi Villalobos<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Label\u2022less is written and directed by choreographer and performer Lea Lachey<\/a> and award-winning stage and screen star Drew Lachey<\/a>, of the multi-platinum and Grammy nominated vocal group 98 Degrees; and choreographed by Lea Lachey<\/a>. Label\u2022less features projections by Brave Berlin<\/a> and casting by Holly Buczek<\/a>, CSA – HDB Casting. Kelsey Harlow is the Stage Manager.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Label\u2022less began performances Wednesday June 10, 2026, at The Duke on 42nd Street at New 42 Studios (229 W 42nd Street, New York, NY 10036) and will open Thursday June 18, for a limited run through Saturday August 29, 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Staged on mobile scaffold units, the devised work features hits from Sam Cooke to Lady Gaga, performed by an exuberant cast determined to say something. While the words often fall flat, the voices soar. And when Lea trusts her dancers with the level of choreography they\u2019re capable of, Label\u2022less strikes a propulsive chord that proves the next generation of musical theater performers is ready for its close-up. <\/p>\n
