Grammy winner Maggie Rogers is calling out a \u201closer\u201d New York Times reporter who she says took her on a date despite having a girlfriend.<\/p>\n

The \u201cAlaska\u201d crooner, 32, recalled the dreamy date-turned-nightmare earlier this week<\/a> during one of Rosal\u00eda\u2019s Lux Tour<\/a> shows at Madison Square Garden, E! News reports.<\/p>\n

After \u201cfalling in love a little bit\u201d during a drive around the city, Rogers said the reporter took her to the nearby New York Times Building on Eighth Avenue.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe go in and he gives me a full empty tour of the building,\u201d she said. \u201cWe make out in the conference room. It\u2019s like a really good time. He drives me home, we make out in the car.\u201d<\/p>\n

The would-be fairytale took an unpleasant turn when Rogers gushed about the man to her friends, and one said, \u201cThat\u2019s my friend\u2019s boyfriend.\u201d<\/p>\n

Though the \u201cGive a Little\u201d singer let the man know she was wise to his ways, she didn\u2019t bother giving him a second chance, though he asked if he could \u201ctalk to [her] about it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI said, \u2018No, you can\u2019t.\u2019 That\u2019s my story. That\u2019s my confession. I mean, what a loser,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The Daily News has reached out to representatives for Rogers for additional information.<\/p>\n
