MANHATTAN, New York (WABC) — A 32-year-old bicyclist was killed in a hit-and-run crash in the Hamilton Heights section of Manhattan on Friday night, according to police.<\/p>\n

The crash happened around 9:45 p.m. near West 151st Street and Amsterdam Avenue.<\/p>\n

Police said a black Dodge Durango was traveling southbound on Amsterdam Avenue when it struck the bicyclist. The driver then fled the scene without stopping.<\/p>\n

Emergency crews responded to the location and transported the victim to Harlem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.<\/p>\n

The victim’s identity has not been released pending family notification.<\/p>\n

No arrests have been made.<\/p>\n

Police are searching for the driver of the Dodge Durango, and the investigation remains ongoing.<\/p>\n
