NEW YORK, NY (WFSB) – A Niantic man fell to his death from an upper deck of Madison Square Garden during a concert on Saturday night, according to New York City Police.<\/p>\n
The man was identified as Paul Kueker, 51, of Niantic.<\/p>\n
Police said Kueker was found unconscious and unresponsive with injuries indicating a fall from high up. <\/p>\n
Officials did not say how far the man fell, but said he was in Section 300.<\/p>\n
Kueker was with his wife, according to police. He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.<\/p>\n
The rock band \u201cGoose\u201d from Wilton, CT was playing.<\/p>\n
In a statement on Facebook, they said they were \u201cdeeply saddened and heartbroken to learn of the tragic event that occurred.\u201d<\/p>\n
No further details were released.<\/p>\n
